Machias, Maine -- Five area business owners will join the president of GrowSmart Maine to talk about the Washington County economy in a special panel at the University of Maine at Machias on Thursday, April 19, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Called the Business Owners and Policy Makers' Forum, the event takes place at UMM's Performing Arts Center.
